Joel
Te’o has been the Managing Director of Pac Corp since he started the company in 2002. Joel has successfully
consulted with organisations around the country. Joel and his company have tapped into numerous strategic alliances and has opportunities
amongst many networks. Joel has the experience to manage projects within specific expense categories reducing
business expenditure at many levels, whether it be hard costs or back office savings. Joel’s
ultimate objective is to “Put my clients in a better position”. Joel has successfully owned and operated
several businesses in the past. Joel has also held a number of management roles with national companies
including QLD State Manager, State Sales Manager, National BDM and Major Accounts Manager.

Ryan O'Hare - Eutility, G.M. Global Communications
In 1993 Ryan O'Hare co-founded a start up telecommunications service
provider in Sydney to capitalise on the deregulation of the industry. The company, Corptel Communications Pty Ltd
was to become one of the largest privately owned telecommunication service companies in Australia recording revenues in 1998
of over $115 million managing over 15,000 business customers for fixed wire and mobile services across Australia. Ryan was
its major shareholder, chief executive and chairman since inception until its eventual sale to Australia’s 3rd largest
carrier, AAPT limited in 1998. In 1998 Ryan formed a private venture capital firm that successfully bought and sold various technology
companies and ultimately invested in his new start-up telecommunications group called People Telecom. People Telecom limited was
co-founded by Ryan in 2000 and to this day represents one of the fastest growing organic telecommunications carrier in
Australia. In conjunction to organic revenues People Telecom successfully acquired 3 other smaller telecoms companies (one
listed) and revenues in the 2007 financial year were $115 million up from $100 million in 2005. The company is listed
on the Australian and New Zealand stock exchanges. Ryan was its chief executive officer and one of the largest shareholders
today
Ryan joined the board of Tel.Pacific limited in April 1997.
Tel.Pacific is the second largest pre-paid service provider. Managing over 20,000 sales points has become one of the largest
international termination firms in the country. Tel.Pacific listed on the ASX in July this year well over subscribed. Ryan
also sits on its remuneration committee. Ryan has a huge amount of experience within
the telecommunication area and his knowledge and relationships are a significant advantage.
Gavin Roache - Telecommunications Consultant Gavin Roache has spent 16 years in telecommunications, previously the General Manager
of Sales for People Telecom he was responsible for growth in sales and contributed to its success reaching revenues of $115
million. Prior to People Telecom Gavin worked for Tel.Net Media where he was director
of sales Asia Pacific region, responsible for sales of value-added IP data products to telecommunication carriers and internet
service providers throughout Asia and then the United States. Previously Gavin was employed as Sales Manager
for Corptel Communications (now part of the AAPT Limited Group). Under his management, the sales team generated the highest
revenue per sales person in the telecommunications industry. Together with a telecommunications background Gavin has spent
8 years prior in management roles including 5 years with Accor Asia Pacific. With an industry reputation
that is well known for his leadership and management ability combined with his strength to cut through the industry players
and attract the key personal to build strong profitable revenue streams.
Jeffrey Parker - Eutility, Senior Analyst, Telecommunications
Jeff
Parker has worked in the telecommunications for 20 years. During this time he was Manager of Telstra’s Audit Division,
has worked with major tier-one carriers in the capacity of Senior Account Manager and Sales at a top level. Jeff
is experience and background knowledge of the Tier One Carriers is very valuable to be able to tap into during the process
of improving the telecommunication outcome.
